The second Seminar takes place on July 9 at the National University of East Timor (UNTL). Data collected during mission II is presented and discussed with:
- a representative of the UNTL Postgraduate and Research Program;
- students attending different courses at the UNTL;
- Vice directors of a private school;
- Timorese trainers;
- Teachers and students.
